VCTI and Dream X Global Promote Cooperative Connections Between Vietnam, China, and International Markets

On July 20, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam-China Trade and Investment Promotion Alliance (VCTI), in collaboration with Dream X Global (Dai Hung Xuat Hai), held several important meetings and exchanges with associations, organizations, and e-commerce platforms in Vietnam.

As part of the program, VCTI and Dream X Global have worked with Mr. Lam Quang Nam, Vice President of the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA). The two sides discussed plans to coordinate the organization of the Tech4Life Expo on September 18-19 in Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to attract the participation of many businesses from China, India, Italy, and other international markets.

In addition, the delegation had a meeting with Mr. Chu Sy Binh, representative of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, to promote connections between Zhejiang enterprises and Vietnamese partners, contributing to strengthening cross-border trade cooperation.

At the same time, VCTI and Dream X Global exchanged with Ms. Yumi, Customer Manager of Amazon Vietnam, on new directions in supporting Chinese and international businesses to enter the Vietnamese market, as well as promoting high-quality Vietnamese products for export to the US market.

During the program, the delegation also visited and held working sessions with the e-commerce platform Shopee. According to reports, in the first six months of 2025, Vietnam’s total domestic e-commerce revenue reached 202.3 nghìn tỷ đồng, equivalent to approximately 7.74 tỷ USD, an increase of nearly 42% compared to the same period last year. Of that total, Shopee continued to hold the leading position with a 58% market share.

Through this series of activities, VCTI continues to affirm its role as a bridge in promoting trade, technology, and investment cooperation between Vietnam, China, and international markets, while also opening up more practical cooperation opportunities for the business communities of both sides.
